Helper/IRC Operator Commands:

 GOD              - Turn security override on/off.
 GODDESS          - Same as GOD, but with a feminine touch.
 OPCHAN           - Force ChanServ to op itself in a channel.

 DNR              - View the do-not-register list.
 DNRSEARCH        - Search the do-not-register list matching criteria.
 SEARCH           - Find registered channel(s) matching criteria.
 REGISTER         - Register a new channel with
ChanServ.
 NOREGISTER       - Add a channel to the do-not-register list.
 ALLOWREGISTER    - Remove a channel from the do-not-register list.
 UNREGISTER       - Remove ChanServ from a registered channel (purge).
 MOVE             - Transition one channel's registration to a new channel name.
 MERGE            - Merges a source and target channels' registration, 
                    users, bans, and other data into the target channel.
 UNVISITED        - List all channels that have not been visited.
 EXPIRE           - Automatically unregister old channels.

 ADDOWNER         - Add a new owner to a channel.
 DELOWNER         - Remove a current owner from a channel.
 MDELOWNER        - Remove multiple owners by account mask from a channel.
 CSUSPEND         - Remove ChanServ from a channel (preserving user data).
 CUNSUSPEND       - Restore ChanServ to a channel that was suspended.

 CREATENOTE       - Create a new note type.
 REMOVENOTE       - Remove an existing note type.
 SAY              - Have ChanServ say a message in a channel.
 EMOTE            - Equivalent to ChanServ doing a /me in a channel.
