My registration email doesn't arrive.

Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

  • Check your email's spam or junk folder or filter. Please be aware that some emails may be blocked by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • Check that you're using the correct email address. A common error is registering witn an incorrect email domain (e.g., @comcast.com is not the same as @comcast.net). In addition, keep in mind that most email addresses do not begin with a www prefix.
