The most common reason for an account being suspended is repeated violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). In most cases you should have received an email indicating why, if not, please go here (be sure to use the email address associated with the account).
For severe abuse, it is possible for an account to be suspended or terminated on a first offense, such as spam or predatory behavior. Individuals whose accounts have been terminated are prohibited from creating new accounts. If a new account is discovered, it too may be terminated without warning.
