#Support is our official help channel, and is staffed and maintained by our Support team. To ensure that everyone receives the assistance they need, we ask that the following guidelines be observed when joining #Support:

  • No idling. Occassionally people will bring up information which is not meant for everyone, so to help avoid larger problems we do not permit idling in the channel.
  • Open a ticket with HelpServ. Upon joining the channel, we ask that you send a message to HelpServ describing your problem. This allows our support staff to gather any necessary information they may need prior to talking to you, ensuring you receive timely and accurate assistance.
  • Be Alert. We expect your attention to be on #support while your present in the channel. If you are unresponsive while a staff member is addressing you, you may be removed from the channel for a short period of time. This will also cause you to lose your place in the queue.
  • Part when finished. Once you feel you have been satisfactorily helped, you should /part #support so that others may join and receive assistance as well.
